I thought "might lose my progress" would mean lose the progress on the current island. It needs to be foolproof, and I'm the fool for trying to play this game. ![]() The extreme minimalism in the third game was not well thought out. Why am I stuck in this frustratingly limited interface flow? Maybe there is a way to restart it, but nothing I could see. In addition, there is no way that I can see to restart an island. The stress of trying to manage gems is just too much to layer on. They should be locked to the player, as if you were mounting them in your crown. This is a failure of the design of the game, as the extreme desire to not explain anything leads you to believe gems are lost forever and supremely valuable. Probably will never play this again as the hours lost is not worth grinding through again.
